@vidoent Your takt time is the rate of customer demand. Customer demand is separate from cycle time, which is the measures the average time it takes a worker to complete a task. And when you're doing your time studies you should take times for multiple workers and multiple shifts (if possible) to determine if the completion times are reasonable. The cycle time will be used to estimate the number of workers needed to achieve the takt time. Does that answer your question?
