Braxton Taylor a little boy in foster care was shaken to death by his second foster mother... and justice hasnt been served yet.... His foster mother took a plea deal that gave her 10 yrs for manslaugther while the social workers get to go home every night... they knew he was being abused but did nothing... if you live in VA please read about this precious little angel Braxton.... He was failed by the system that was suppose to protect him.... this is unacceptable and should never happen...
