There is no feature to 'record' videos in the game. You will have to buy some sort of capture device. The best quality would be a HD PVR (High-Definition Personal Video Recorder) but they cost about $200 or $300. A cheaper option would be to get an EasyCap (that's what I use for uncharted) so you can plug your PS3 into your PC.
You can get EasyCap for about $15 dollars, plus an S-video cable for about $10 but the easycap is not as good quality as the HD PVR. Hope this answers your questions.

A good 's-video' cable is important too, as it really improves the quality (makes it have better colors and sharper image than standard composite cable). There are also a lot of good tutorial videos on youtube about setting up easycap and getting the best results.
