@MrZKoll There is everything wrong with country music. It's a victim to the same overproduction and monotony that pop music is guilty of. It no longer has a soul.

I DO listen to Brad Paisley, and I personally believe that this concert is the greatest thing he's ever done because he works in a DEAD, soulless genre of music. Country music hasn't had a soul since the 80s. He's far too talented for it.

Two of my favorites, and two of the best guitar players around. However gotta say they don't mesh very well. It's not about technical ability, it's the difference between genre's where the accents and the beats are different to the point that layering them together just doesn't work. They would have been better playing one at a time. The audio level is too high btw, distorts.

Brad's voice is so pure comparing john's. John has this kind of hoarse voice but not ugly to listen to. My point being; brad's voice is alot warmer.

@marieview John has really gotten better at singing since around Continuum. I dont think its technically great, but he makes it work. Like at this stage (2004) I think I heard Mayer hadnt even taken one singing lesson. Brads is definitely technically better, but I prefer John Mayers

@jmueller715 Yeah, he's gotten much better. And of course you have to make your voice work technically, but everybody can learn that. But you can't change the voice you're born with, and like you, i prefer John's. It's really amazing.
