When you have 2 people working that hour, you have 1 person taking the orders, and another person making insanely large orders, if you get 4 cars, each one with 4+orders each having 8 or more items, yea, it's going to get difficult to keep up.
Reminds me of a situation like that where it was only me an another person when someone ordered 8 combos and 5 sandwiches and was complaining about what was taking so long.... Though the asshole couldnt really see that it was only me and another person in back....

One time Jack in the box gave me BURNT FOOD WITH THE WRONG SAUCE!
Then next time I order stuffed jalepenos and i vomit like an hour later!
It was the jalepenos because I barfed up jalepenos and that was the only thing I ate all day, I was that sick!
