The Playback is still not 720p (Afterall, the video player itself is tiny) but the quality is much better than the usual eye-bleeding type you find on sites like youtube.

This is not 720p, it's more like 480i. Trust me I should know, I have ps3 games which are 720p and they look nothing like this. Never-the-less it's better than the old youtube quality.
