23:23 "The natural olive tree is Israel?" The branches are Jewish people and the Gentiles are grafted in branches. But Israel does not give me power, nourishment and support to bear fruit. I don't receive LIFE from Israel. The Olive Tree is Jesus Christ. The Father the pruner. But yes, Israel is God's chosen people. Gentiles benefitted from their rejection of Jesus Christ.
