i know how u do this u go on the level the covenant start from the beginging kill all the people then move on to the next part drive over there this should be the spot with prowlers now kill everyone walk up to the purple turret thing then blow it up grenade jump onto the building in front of it keep going forward until you reach the mountain and you are almost to the snow then jump down touching the mountain and you should be levitating and you should be near the tower and the mountains lol
