Not a bad adaptation. I like that you stayed close to the flow of the conversation. Nice use of the train vs. bus, good idea. The bench thing was interesting. Not sure why you had them completely switch sides. I felt that at the end of the story they should both be sitting on the same side after he decides they'd take the bus.

I thought the camera work really needed some more juice to it. Some "over shoulder" shots would have really made the conversation more interesting. Not to mention that the entire thing felt dark/under exposed. It felt cold, which was good. But I felt like I couldn't see enough.

Good cast. Well played. However, I thought that Mark was a bit too energized, too intense. His intensity was a bit out of balance with hers. But they both did a good job.

I agree 100%. she needs tons of work on her acting. she only had her script a couple days before the shoot though and barely knew anyone. frst movie you see. i think if she had more time to work it would have been better. awful job. i agree. Mark is a natural. Jill needs to work a lot more.
