It was great to see that Billy Ray won this award, he's such a great Dad & family man on & off-screen, and such a good role model. Loved seeing this! Funny how his driver was honking his horn for him! :)

Great video. Glad we got to see that since the TCA didn't broadcast his acceptance of the award on tv. Congrats to Billy Ray. He certainly does deserve this award. He's a great family man and wonderful father (Parental Unit) both on HM and in real life.

Thanks for this video of Billy Ray. I'm so glad that he won this award and got his first surfboard from the Teen Choice Awards...I just wish they had shown it on air that night. Congrats Billy Ray!!!!! You deserve it!!

Loved this video. When I heard he won I was thrilled. Was disappointed that he could not have received his surfboard on tv but this press video makes up for it

Thanks for this video of Billy Ray with his surfboard form the TCA. I am so happy that he won. Wish he could have been able to get his award on air though. I guess he was leaving for AZ for his concert so couldn't stay as long.
