I can imagine and understand to their situation ..it similar as my village in south of Thailand but that 40 years ago.. now a day every part of Thailand that good road .

I cannot believe to my eyes that this village is in Russia -super power country-

Anyway I believe that the local government has to respondsible to the people .

They are very strong people ..God bless them .

Such a beautiful countryside in Russia! I would like to ride my bicycle through it some day. Please build some bike lanes, at least along the busy roads :-)

That's not a road, it's a country lane. With 200 villages in the surrounding area, it would stand to reason there is enough freely available labour to scrape off the road surfaces with a tractor and bucket, or by hand, and put down a fresh layer of rolled hardcore, so that vehicles could easily travel. But, as usual, if the opportunity exists to throw money at scheisters, and then go whine to the media, this is the road to be taken. The path of the determined proletarian, never runs smooth.

as well as someone with a tractor.. to re grade the roads,. after the bus passes. other wise the ruts will overdevelop. and make it ugly to drive there.
