I was there at the game that night in Beaumont .. It was awesome! It is important to note that the Ice Gators instigated this fight right after the final buzzard of the 3rd, and they waited for a night in which the Texas Wild Catters enforcer (Ashlee Langdone) was serving a suspension and wasnt dressed to play. Awesome Hocky !!

Damn shame the Catters owner was a piece of sht and moved the team to Ontario, CA. They are called the Rain now. crappy name for a crappy owner. i loved goin to the TX vs LA games. What a great rivalry between them. Prolly the best in the ECHL during the years they were here.

I worked at the Ford Arena during this game. What they don't show is the fight in the tunnel by the locker rooms after the ice cleared. The gate between the locker rooms wasn't locked and the teenage girl that was supposed to lock it didn't have a clue. I was the first one in the tunnel when I saw the players running behind the bench. It took the police to get them to quit.
