Is that fan really silent? I'm looking for silent fans (AP-15 are too loud for me). Should I buy AP-13 or AP-14? Are AP-14's silent enough for you? I would also like to have some decent airflow. AP-13's don't push that much air. Is there a big difference between those two?

@Rapagangsta AP-13 has the best airflow/silence ratio in my opinion.
