They won't pass it. There are more gun owners in the US then law enforcement and military put to gather. Passing this posses a possible revolution. It's a loss on the Government side, seeing that most gun owners in America will shoot to kill if they try to take our guns. I'm not anti government but if this ever happens I'll join the side with the better odds of success. That's the gun owning citizens.

Not only does this violate the 2nd amendment, but also the 4th amendment to wit: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." Coming in and making sure it's out of reach of children at anytime....facists...

Why do you think Obama won't let reporters in the Gulf anymore?? HAHA... WOW ur a FUCKING IDIOT!!! First of all, the Bible is a book. Stories are good for teaching lessons, don't get it twisted (THERE IS NO DEVIL). Second, yes he is an American citizen. He was born in Hawaii, which was our territory, therefor he was naturalized as an American citizen. If you were born on base in another country it would be the same thing, so should all our military brats be refused citizenship? BUT I wouldn't expect you to know that by looking at your grammar.

Just to put everyone at ease, this bill was actually presented in 2000 by Sen. jack Reed (D-RI) It died in committee due to successful efforts by the gun lobby.

Not that any of us have every owned firearms ;)

I spoke of this HR 45 on my blog, it will get passed after healthcare, along with the RFID and they will rid the constitution and create a new one that is more global oreinted. We need to be very careful and watchful! THEY ARE BEING SNEAKY and do not rely on the media or any supposed opposition such as the NRA to this. It will be attempted!
