Ryszard Cieslak led the physical training at the Wroclav Teaterlaboratorium while the voice training was led by Zygmunt Molik. I met Zygmunt and worked with him years ago. I haven't been able to find anything about his vocal training on youtube. Routledge have recently published a book about his work: “ Zygmunt Molik's voice and body work – The Legacy of Jerzy Grotowski”, by Giuliano Campo.
