@CheesecakeFarini but if you were really gonna work front giants to put them on a real bar, you would have to strap your hands in reverse. That's what I'm working on strap bar now.

no no I know that DUH. But..the other commenter said his hands weren't reversed..he's on a strap bar how can he reverse ihs hands while he is swinging! That's what I meant.

I hate strap bar...

My wrist were so tiny when I went on stap bar, somehow my wrist fell out and I alomost broke my other wrist dont know how my wrist fell out even though the straps tighten??
