  • @Njubish When Julius Caesar was killed his last words were, "et tu Brute?", meaning, "and you Brutus?", because he couldn't believe that while everyone was stabbing him, that his homey Brutus was doing it too.

  • @karandex et tu brute from Shakespeare's Julius Caesar meaning roughly "You too, Brutus" said when Caesar was attacked and saw his friend Brutus was amongst the attackers. Now commonly used as a phrase conveying being back stabbed or betrayal.
