I shipped Ross & Rachel, Pacey&Joey, Edward & Bella, Ally and Larry (yes, they weren't together in the end but she was still madly in love with him in the last season, even when he'd left) My heart tells me that it will be Jack and Kate in the end. I've watched the show since Season One and I don't think the writers have shown us anything different.

This also shows that she's not just caring about herself; but Aaron. Aaron needed a mother; and I think Kate is making a great mother.
