About 6 years ago elderly people from my state were going on bus trips to Thunder Bay on a drug run since prescription drugs were a lot cheaper. That wonderful thing that Bush did around 2004 made it illegal. Even when accompanied with the governor! They were treated worse by the DEA that those illegal bastards smuggling that crap in from Mexico! What a bunch of fucking hypocrite thieves! I think you got this couple mixed up with the couple on Vancouver Island, they had the court victory. The raids were similar but not with Health Canada but Canada Revenue and the guns a blazen RCMP; this couple after 9 months still have their business in detainment, no charges laid, no disclosure, no incident report, no RCMP report; and no business!

I can't believe that happened. I think that was disgraceful and the RCMP and others should be taken to task.I have just lost respect for the RCMP and the others involved.

WAKE UP Canadians! This is only going to get worse if it is not stopped. Mass Canadians need to stand together on this and help these people out! Phone your MP, file lawsuits, do whatever is legally necessary to bring the R.C.M.P. to justice. The RCMP is not above the law and they blatantly and arrogantly infringed on the rights of this Canadian Citizen and his family. This is just a taste of what the future holds if people don't legally fight for their rights while there is still opportunity.

This is just another example of why we can't get anything substantial done in this industry. To use a football analogy, while I may hope for touchdown on every play, I know the odds are far better that I can get 5 or 6 yards at a time. while the goal is a touchdown in both cases, the vast majority are scored after a long drive of consistent plays.

The Government is in for a rude awakening, we are on the cusp of revolution here people. It is the only way to fix the current problems and to prevent it from occurring again. The Government is corrupt beyond repair, our legal system is corrupt beyond repair, our economic systems are corrupt beyond repair. Let me get this straight - he sells illegal products and complains about rights - while the way this was handled was wrong - if you closely look at video 3 you will see the seach warrant included specifics about the sale of illegal products and controlled substances - If we want the rules changed, we vote and scream - we don't just ignore guidelines and then complain about the consequences our our rights. I am sorry this happen to this family this way but there are better ways to fight.

And Health Canada DID break laws here -it is not an isolated incident, but police and govt do nothing. Our govt is protecting the pharmaceutical co.s, who have the money to lobby the gov't and make laws to protect their biz and make us their customers.

No and No, I am part of the industry and have been for a long time. I agree that the actions of Health Canada, the RCMP, were "over the top" a& in fact did deny some of his rights & he should take action. If these 4 videos are meant to drum up support, it would have a lot credibility if there was a video 5 showing his actions to defend his rights. again, I agree with some of the issues raised but completely disagree with the methods proposed to deal with goverment regulations.

Well then, articulate the methods you think will work, so that we may all know what you think is the best recourse. I would think calling your MP would be good advice. I and many other viewers, and the person in the video, are of the impression that our options are limited to the things he suggests.

I assume you have no idea how products are approved or rejected by Health Canada, if you knew the industy you would not be making these statements about the ND breaking the law selling plant based nutritients. What is the alternative giving patients drugs? If we choose to live holistically why should we be forced to take drugs, that is why ND's and holistic healers are forced to press the moral envelope, help the suffering or violate corrupted laws, you decide.
