Hi. If i try the same command, first pattern comes as a circular (R 90 circle). can anyone clear this. Also i dont know the calculations involved. [lenghth/distance, then 1/that answer].
Hi can any one recommend any sites or tutorials or send me a step file so i can figure it out.. on how to generate a moving gear. i can easily design but have never tried to create a moving gear or any other object, thank you
@gigatech12345 Heya, you can watch video in HD quality, it is enough good quality that you can see every step to create points on shape.
If you refer to how i got that numbers to distribute points; measure whole shape, then measure distance in chain segment, devide curve lenght of shape with distance of chain shape.
Afterwards devide 1 with given number and you will get % od lenght where points must be, as its shown in video.
