the only fair race that Takumi ever had was probably the first race against Keisuke. only reason is because he didn't crash or have a complication with his car. Takumi got inside the gutter. every other race, someone crashed. Nakazato, then Shingo, Ryosuke had worn out tires, Mako and Saiyuki crashed. this is all first stage btw

Takumi unbeaten up to this part, and he defeated the best racer/mastermind in the anime : Ryosuke :D. Thanks for sharing, actually I have everything up to stage 4 :).

true he did beat him but what if there was no ditch to use. over all takumi was totaly outclassed by ryosuke, like in 2nd stage when sudo owned him in akagi.

He's a fictional character, but at least they made him real enough to realize the same thing himself in the story line. That's why he doesn't want to race at Akina anymore. It makes the heroes more real when they still have faults.
