Good teachings Mr Uri but I would like to tell you that all the scriptures in the Tanak show us YESHOUAH as the Great YAHWEH. Find HIM AND YOU WILL HAVE ETERNAL LIFE. God bless you
While I agree that Hebrew is a uniquely beautiful, amazing, and complex language, there is no doubt that it developed and evolved from common semitic along with Arabic. It shares features with all Indo-European languages. It is easy to see how Hebrew fits into the development of languages over tens of thousands of years. The academic language tree is absolutely correct. Mr. Harel is very wrong about the origin of Hebrew. You don't have to believe this crap in order to believe in G-d.
@kingbabylon117 No, it didn't. If by Assyrian you mean Akkadian, then they're part of different language families. Akkadian is Eastern Semitic while Hebrew is Western Semitic.
Caveat viewor.

@neda2605 ; Jesus is a Jew. and a Jew can't be the God of other Jews, but only a God of Gentiles.

This guy is great. Lots of fascinating info on what the Scriptures actually say in Hebrew, as opposed to what modern English translations say.
