Guthix - Minus Defense

Saradomin - Minus Prayer

Zamorak - Minus Magic

Ice Barrage - Freeze for X sec (20 I think), max of 30 damage. Magic Level really doesn't do much of anything in-game.

It does. Magic has changed quite a lot since you last played I guess. A spell like storm of Armadyl hits higher if you have a higher magic level. Plus it has a minimum hit(that also gets higher if you level up magic) and it's faster than other spells(scimmy speed). It totally owns in PvP.

@darthruneis Storm of Armadyl is a New godspell in the Normal spell book, and its also the most overpowered Spell ingame. lol its overpowered becuz it has a Minimum hit as in the lowest hit it can hit is like 200 and nothing less, also Even if the spell splashes it lowers ur def by 1 for each spell, So you can Switch to claw spec when ur opponents def lvl is at its lowest + the spell is super accurate and its at the speed of a scimitar, but the worst part is lol you can teleblock.

So simple. Barrage has the same damage, but only if claws of guthix uses Charge spell, which has a duration. Barrage freezes the target, barrage can also hit multiple people. Simple.

Ice Barrage is probably one of the most feared magic spells in Runescape, if not the most feared. Multiple targets, high damage, frozen opponents. That is the best magic attack in Runescape.

note, the lvl 60 god spell have a higher lvl buff that increase the damg of the spell from 20-30. so powerwise the lvl 94 ancient magika is on par with god spells

Claws of Guthix is level 60, Charge is level 80. Ice Barrage is level 94. Both spells require a task to be completed before access is granted.

The test was used because the damage was the same, it was testing accuracy and side effect differences.

Guthix Claws reduce defense level.

Somewhere in Runescape lore it is stated that Guthix is the most powerful god, considering he made everything, and that both Saradomin and Zamorak fear and respect him, and only Guthix can stop the other two gods from quelling, but doing so tires him and he goes into sleep.
