Create an Engraving Text Effect with Photoshop

Thanks for sharing this video with us! I am looking for a photoshop program that can take a picture and turn it into a Durer drawing. Durer was a artist that lived during 1471-1528. If you google Durer Artist a bunch of his wood engravings will come up. I'm looking to turn a photo into the same style of wood engravings. Do you know of any programs that do that?

I reset the color of the font to black and when I type I can't see the text, I see you uncheck at the top the symbol next to the check mark but when I try again it creates another layer and I still can't see what I am typing..., please help,
