I always listen to this and Symmetric Target and The Grave-sending Song because I don't really know but I am addicted to Valshe's girly voice but I don't want to forget Valshe's low voice so I listen to those covers she's done duetting by herself. Because she's just so amazing having that wide ranged voice sure is a gift from the heavens. I always try to sing like Valshe ever since I heard her. @sixohhtwo There's enhancement, to balance everything out, I'm sure. This isn't a raw recording, so of course it's been edited. But I'm pretty sure her vocal range sounds like a girl and guy, if you think she changes her pitch or anything.

I'm no expert though. Just a Valshe fan. :)

@sixohhtwo I don't really think so. It's not as implausible as you think for her to have a boyish-sounding voice. I myself am able to make myself sound like a boy and a girl, so it's entirely possible. It takes practice and dedication, but it's not as hard as you think.

I listened to Black Rock Shooter and it doesn't sound pitched to me. There are subtle gives away in breathing and such that denote pitch. But, again, while I do sing, I'm not expert.

Given that a good number of male characters in cartoons are voiced by girls, I can't say I'm surprised that Valshe can sing like a boy. I know a few girls personally that can do the same; they tend to be altos/second sopranos. Of course... Valshe sounds so much better than they ever did. She's amazing <3
