Ryan leaf. Some of those passes were disgusting and his personality was awful, it turned everyone in the organization to fight amongst each other... At least russel was a clean cut decision.

Ryan Leaf was givin a second chance with Dallas and was also in Tampa Bay's training camp the following year. No one wants to touch Jamarcus, even his "life coach" told him stay away because he was too lazy. Jamarcus is THE biggest bust in NFL history.
