oh both my parents competed in this, along with 9 of their friends. My siblings and i worked at the run special needs for about 2 hours during the race. And for the rest of the time, we were running around cheering and getting pictures. What a fun day that was!!
Great video. This was my first IM as well, and wish I had Andrea's swim time. I "enjoyed" the 56 degree water quite a bit longer... I've never been so cold... 15 miles of riding before the shaking stopped so I could ride aero. All in all a good day, and this video is a great reminder for me. Thanks for posting. #2229

I thought that your vantage point on the beach looked awfully familiar... and then I noticed that I am standing right beside you! (That's me 40 - 44 seconds into your video looking left and right.... and my voice cheering "woo!" at 51 seconds). We just learned that Andrea finished just 4 spots after one of our friends. What a coincidence!! Thanks for posting this video. Fabulous memories!
