  • @jjackfizz you, like many others, seem to think that, bam taking steroids gets you huge. IT DOESNT, even if he was on steroids, which is wrong, he would still have to put in serious amounts of work to get where he is, so pipe the fuck down.

  • @jjackfizz He's not on steriods dude. All you have to do is eat clean about 6 times a day, drink lots of water, make sure you are heavy on the protein and lift heavy once a week to shock your muscles so your body avoids the plateau effect.

  • add weight to the pullups and pushups with a vest or plate, and notice the intensity increase if you want to build more muscle. but p90x as is great for fighters that need muscular stamina.

  • Looks tough, but I would have thought that bobby's cardio would be better. No wonder he gets winded in UFC. he should really do insanity twice a day before a fight. I'm not trying to be am ass. Bob us a great fighter, but his weak link is his cardio. Maybe cuz he has way too much muscle.

  • If you say P90X as fast as you can sounds like "pain in the ass"

  • P90x chest and back difficulty completely depends on your bodyweight, someone who is 150 lbs will not have nearly as hard of a time as someone who is 200+ like bobby.

  • @ovariesniper who does no cardio is going to have worse cardio than someone with large muscles who also doesn't do cardio. If someone does cardio but has a n average build and goes against a big guy without cardio training, the average built guy will have better cardio. If both people do the same amount of cardio and posses they same cardiovascular strength/limits they will likely just have equal cardio. Understand? The bottom line is big muscles don't mean you "gas" quicker.

  • @kingdaleclarke 6 days a week man, i've tried p90x several times. It is a great workout, but i have trouble committing to programs. ill probably do it in the winter when the roads are too slick to get to the gym.

  • man lashley would get gassed after 15mins of pure movement lol, as we all have seen how badly he gassed in his last mma fight. Big muscles require ALOT of oxygen, a big dude getting winded is 10x worse than thin guy with average size.

  • @ovariesniper You know nothing about the physiological abilities of the body. Yes big muscles require a lot of oxygen, but as you get bigger your blood volume also increases. A muscular guy doesn't get winded quicker or "worse" than an average sized guy, because even though their body requires more oxygen they have a higher percentage of red blood cells to transport it. It all boils down to what someone's VO2 max is, their resting heart rate, and whether or not they do cardio. An average guy

  • I think Bobby should make MMA training top priority. Forget weights, running, and strength training itself for a while. He can just throw guys around in the gym for all of that anyway. Bobby should work on his stand-up game and learn some submissions. Make the sparring harder than any actual fight he might find himself in.

  • @AndrewRyanJD I guess you have not seen him fight! His conditioning is great and he is undefeated! He whooped Guido, and I think that fight legitimized him in the MMA ranks. He is also an Army veteran so give him some respect. I think he is a "stand up guy" who deserves respect and admiration for all his hard work!!

  • @kandola630 you can modify most of the moves. The P90X video shows you 3 variations to do the moves. You CAN do it...trust me
