I did try in oven but I don't like oven dried since it kind of bake little bit and texture doesn't stay good but if you are ready to compromise with these kind of issues then you can use oven...or try with very small amount first. In fact, you can also let them dry naturally in your house where you have heating vent...hope this helps!
Hi bhavna, is this available at indian stores? what all can we do with this vadis?can we add oinons? can i dry it in microwave? ty..god bless you my sister...
I think India grocers have different type of vadis made from lentils or soy...but these kind of vadis can be made only at home as far as I know...enjoy!
Dear Bhavana , i made vadi . u told in the video that we cn store it in fridge. If we store in fridge do we have to keep it in air tight container with paper towel in it or just keep it in zip lock bag ? . Hope u will help .
I am only now getting into cooking with Indian spices and they are sooooo good for you! Those fried vadas look lovely and would make a great sandwich! Very interesting recipe and dish! Thank You!
thank you so much for this video! would you use this same method to make "soy chunks", but using soy beans? or would it be better to make a dough from soy flower?
From the thumbnail, I thought it was a bunch of nugs of weed.
