  • Your Mexican Band just evolved into Orcastra!

  • AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! ORGASMO!!! , he amado esta cancion toda mi vida y la he escuchado en todas sus diferentes formas , pero esta tiene algo especial , dios!!!! ME PONE LA PIEL CHINITA!!!

    ATTE .

    Alquimista Megabyte

  • i loved this song but i didn't play ocarina of time since 2 or 3 years ago so it doesn't have that nostalgic appeal but it is still amazing

  • Well now I've got to cut off my ears, anythindg else compared to this will not be good enough.

  • I wrote a some what of a script for a legend of zelda movie. This music gave me a new idea for a scene. #Rewrite

  • This kinda sounds like music from the matrix @ 0:17

  • Come on... Who did NOT get the chills when the violin came in??? Such a gorgeous piece! :)

  • I've just gotten Ocarina of Time, I didnt hear it from the game. This song first reached my ears when I got the combo pack for skyward sword, and I was blown away with the golden wii remote and everything:D people can say that the soundtrack has no depth and there is no feeling, but i totally disagree, and so should others becausethis is by far the best song. but we as zelda fans need to keep this tradition alive and well. This is possibly the only game that every single sequel is good.... ever.

  • @Forrestfirerox123 Except for those ass-covered CDi games, but Nintendo ignores their existence anyway.

  • ScienceManComics what the hell do you listen to then thats better than this? yeah thats what i thought

  • Holy crap this version is amazing. It surprises me every time.

  • The crescendos are just breathtaking! And the flute soloist has wonderful vibrato.

  • It's ok, I guess.

  • @ScienceManComics WHAT!?!?!?!?!?! THE ZELDA MUSIC IS THE BEST MUSIC IN THE FUCKING WORLD!

  • 16 people cant find the way to the Spirit Temple

  • 2:05 is super epic

  • This is just... God!

  • Seriously? Someone disliked this? I'm appalled.

  • @Nysyarc I had exactly the same reactions!

( 00:47 GREAT GOD IT'S THE SOUND OF GERUDO!!!! AWESOME)

  • I opted to listen to this soundtrack without looking at the track listing so I could remember the songs on my own. As I listened to this one:

    0:01 - "Hm, interesting opening."

0:24 - "Okay this is pretty cool, still no idea what it is."

    0:37 - "Very dramatic... I like it, why don't I recognize this?"

0:49 - "Okay, gonna need a new pair of pants."

  • @Nysyarc I put it on without looking at the tracks, too, while I was doing some housework.

... Turned into the most epic dusting EVER

  • @Nysyarc Did the same thing, but I figured it out at 0:24 (used to play the original version on guitar, so I recognized the chords). I died a little inside when I found out what track this was. Nearly reduced me to tears when the main theme started at 0:49.

  • can anyone give me songs that sound similar to this symphonic style of music

  • 0:58 the low brass...good lord...

  • ZELDA: The Matrix Edition!

  • This makes me think of a movie, slowly panning to show Link riding Epona toward and through the desert.

  • This should have more views and likes than the dubstep version :I

  • Anyone else remember jumping off the ledge with the chicken to this music?

  • Masterpiece

  • One of the best songs from Zelda!!! <3 Such a beautiful piece!!! Ahhh ~

  • add "repeat" between ww. and youtube...

  • I wish I could travel back in the time, write this song and become more revered than Mozart !

  • The Gerudo Legend (Zelda spinoff) Theme song

  • *cries* Epic part of youtube (was mas a whie ago at the same youtube XD)

  • I'm in that epic part of YouTube again....mommy, please don't take me away from here. I wanna stay! :)

  • The string section at 1:53-2:03 is absolutely beautiful.

  • Comment removed

  • @tc2k93 correction the viola solo and the flute solo before it

  • I need air

  • this souns for me like a charge for the most epic battle with all your hope in the hand and the world in the other :D

  • that went beyond goosebumps...I think my nipples actually got hard.

  • This sounds likem the song that would play if link learned the history of the master sword by touching it!

  • It sounds like a song from The Matrix at 0:17!

Can anyone tell me the name of that song?

  • 18 people lost their mental sanity in the desert hante.

  • Best song of the saga!

  • I love this! o-o

  • 1.646% of viewers doesn't like this video...LET'S BURN THEM

  • makes me wanna run!

  • Its too much EPICNESS for my EARS, I WILL EX---PL--- BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM

  • 00:49

  • 0:49

  • -.-' Great. Now this song will be stuck in my head while I'm TRYING to listen to my french professor for my test. -.-

  • this whole cd is awesome. When i seen in it in the package I never planned on listening to it thinking "well we all know how these sound tracks go, there never anything special and I heard all the songs from the game anyway". Put the cd it in just yesterday and it is stunning, absolutely wonderful symphony cd which mashes up many of the famous songs the series has. This cd has a wonderful feeling of happiness and hope in all of the notes, the zelda series has much to be proud of

  • DAMN this shit is epic

  • epic

  • Why...isn't...this...on iTunes... -_-'

  • breaking into the thieves hideout, Epona jumping that huge gap, following the red flags through the desert

    good times<3

  • Friggin' goosebumps... As overrated as Zelda music is as a whole, this song is just awesome!

  • @RedMageWolfe Zelda music definitely isn't overrated...

  • @RuthC1710 Yes it is. When the subject of VGM is broached, everyone always goes "ZELDA!!". It's great, but there are other things that are even better.

  • This is what played in my head when I heared ECCWii was back.

  • the MASTER SWORD!!! O MY GOD THIS IS THE MOST AWESOME SONG ... im crying right now.. remembers... fights... everything!! o m g.... =O

  • This is unbelievably amazing, I have never heard such beauty composed in such a fashion, this just makes me happy knowing I was one of the people that played the original Ocarina of Time when it came out, not that shitty 3DS version!

  • @USArmyCavalry hey...the 3DS version is amazing. Its really no different cause its the same game.

  • @TheBiggamer64 Yeah, it's not different, but now all the kids that didn't play the original think they are the same as all us old-school fans of the series!

  • @USArmyCavalry well they certainly could be, I mean its pretty tough to get your hands on an n64 and original ocarina of time copy nowadays, plus you could always purchase it on Wii Shop Channel

  • @TheBiggamer64 Not true, me and my roommate still have the original Ocarina of Time, completed the first water temple last night, started from the end of the fire temple, got to see all the awesome moments when you first draw the Master Sword

  • @USArmyCavalry oh well...then again if u still have the original you're good. =P

  • I never usually comment about the dislikes....BUT THOSE FOURTEEN FUCKS CAN GO GET BRUTALLY STABBED BY LINK'S MASTER SWORD!!!

  • eh... it needs spanish guitars and trumpets. i dont really like this.

  • @100vivitar

I agree, actually. I still think another string like a violin could do it justice. The problem is that there isn't enough of a driving "solo" force, the midi guitar being the prominent focus in the original.

  • @RaggaeOfFunk you can just tell it was meant to be a spanish themed song

  • I love zelda music!!!!!! :D

  • seriously. i wanna cry every time i listen to the cd. Thats how amazing it is!

  • I listened to this song...I pooed

  • The very beginning, around 0:20, reminds me vaguely of the Matrix.

Then it gets epic as hell.

  • I miss when we could like more than one game. But god damn this is amazementation. So good it deserves a made up word

  • Amazing, masterpiece full of energy and epic

  • Is this a cd that i can get somewhere! if so, I WANT IT REALLY BAD!!!!

  • @PrinceOfHyrule71 It comes with the Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword.

  • This is pure awesomeness and magic from the beginning to end. Absolutely fantastic. Gives me the g(r)oosebumps.

  • @MrDiddydids HAVE MY BABIES MRDIDDYDIDS!

  • @MrDiddydids

    Very clever.

  • brilliant

  • I love this so much ;~;

I am listening this for 3 days already and it still gives me the chills...

this makes me want to play Ocarina Of Time again... Got to borrow it from my friend :D

and.. maybe won't give it back.. Uch!

  • @AmaiiCherry get a n64 emulator for free download ocarina of time Rom file and a play on a wired xbox controller :P

  • @estripp420 Too bad I only have wireless xbox controllers :c

  • epic legendary

  • This sounds kind of like steam punk.

  • I just came everywhere.

  • OMG so nostalgic wait this game came out like 3 months ago....... umm OMG how currently amazing!!!!

  • Imagine Link riding on horseback through the Gerudo Desert, on to the last temple, to find the final sage to save Hyrule.

  • I desperately want so see a Legend of Zelda movie with a soundtrack like this

  • Oh crap, i think i died, because this is a band of gods.

  • I'm sorry, I usually like orchestral re-orchestrations, but this one just isn't the same without the guitar. It was composed for guitar for very good reason.

  • Honestly, I actually prefer the original Gerudo Valley music. Admittedly, this one sounds more EPIC and awesome, but the old one seemed more fitting, especially with the desert-like setting

  • i listen to this on a walk home at sunset. 1:16 was so epic when i looked ahead and at 0:50 i looked at the sun

  • i cried when I heard this, ohhh the memories.

  • @ruvensamaraweera And just think. In a few years, you'll be having nostalgia attacks by listening to Skyward Sword music.

  • @ruvensamaraweera same, so frigging nostalgick! <3

  • The first 30 seconds or so reminded me of some stuff from the Matrix or Batman.......

  • @PianoGamer64 Usually there's a tiny hole next to the button that opens your CD thingy from the laptop. Just jam a paperclip in there. Usually works.

  • Got the CD in my laptop, can't get it out since it's out of power and I lost the charger :(

Maybe I should just break it open

  • Absolutely phenomenal. They need to put this on a disc or atleast post it online in FLAC version. I would pay 60-100$ for this. It's amazing how powerful music can be.

  • @EthanKaleo It is on a disc. Just buy the brand new edition to the zelda series, Skyward Sword, for the Wii. It comes as a bonus with the game to celebrate Zelda's 25th Anniversary, and yes music is truly amazing :)

  • @EthanKaleo If you bought Skyward Sword it came with this disc. It's totally worth every penny.

  • Saw this, well I guess heard this, at the Dallas Symphony Orchestra when they did this a couple weeks ago, it was amazing.

  • I've heard fan-made orchestral renditions of this song in the past, and none of them did justice to the original. Only Nintendo could do it. This is simply... beyond words.

  • NUOH MY GOD

  • 12 people need to clean their ears!

  • If the actual OoT had these renditions, can you even imagine how blown our kid minds would have been? I can't

  • The cd this came on made paying more for the bundle completely worth it

  • Oh wait did this come with the Skyward sword box set?

  • @LigerZ100 yea

  • WHERE DO I BUY THIS

DONT WANT TO RIP IT OFF BECAUSE ITS SO AWESOME

  • @LigerZ100 the cd comes with the skyward sword game

  • i preordered this game, but... i think i've spent more time listening to the cd than playing that game! XD

  • Yes. This is.....my god.

  • 12 are sucks and bitches

  • Best Zelda music ever.

  • I've decided to arrange this piece for band by ear and see how it turns out; hopefully my teacher will let us play it next year. wish me luck!

  • I didn't think this song could get any more epic until I heard this on the Symphony CD that came with Skyward Sword.

I remember playing OoT and going to Gerudo Valley just to listen to the music. Now this. Its great.

  • @mmariep2 Whenever I first access Hyrule Field, first destination is Gerudo Valley. And then I stand there until I get tired of the music. I end up staying there a REALLY long time :p

  • Gerodo valley is already my all time favourite video game song and with this , its my all time favourite orchestra song

  • The legend of Zorro/Zelda

  • I just love this song. though its not as fast and addictive as the original, its still pretty epic.

  • pure epic. played this so long ago but when i got to gerudo valley i felt i achieved something great. best game ever.

  • I remember playing OoT the first time through, getting to Gerudo Valley, and starting to shimmy dance around sitting in my mom's living room floor :-) My all time favorite gaming series!

  • wow this turned gerudo valley into something really epic

  • @FormerKing This song was already epic! >=D Makes me feel all ninja and shit! XD

  • I am chubbin up so hard right now.

  • I'm fourteen... And the only one who listens to classical music.. I'm trying so hard not to go fight the ending battle, but its just so hard...

    P.S: 'Classical' means 'Zelda'...

  • I bought Skyward Sword this Christmas and because of work I had not been able to play it, yesterday I had some free time and picked the game and found the music disc (I didn't notice that it had the album included) and I have played it at least 10 times since yesterday, this brought so many good memories from my childhood :)

  • 12 people are Ganondorf

  • @R3NzL0r lol

  • I usually try to provide smart and creative comments. Here, my words boil down to: OH FUCKING HELL THIS IS AWESOME

  • BEST. SONG. EVER.

  • BLAHHH GOOD AS

  • It's pretty good, but a bit slow - feels like the spirit of the song was within its fast beat. Slowing it down and accentuating everything with grand orchestral doesn't make up for the tempo loss. :\

  • @Derejin It's all artistic interpretation. Perhaps the arranger wanted to hear it a bit slower. Besides, to play the original tempo with this particular orchestration might destroy the feel the arranger wanted.

Nonetheless, it's a fantastic arrangement. I just wish they had included castanets... Somehow...

  • Beautiful rendition of this song...makes me want to dance around a campfire in the midnight desert! :D

  • @DSCAccount And it's people like you that make Skyrim fans look like idiots my comrade.

  • @rafael502 Makes no sense but okay sure.

  • @rafael502 Why bring that up? Skyrim and Zelda are completely different game!

Skyrim is about emulating a medieval world. Does awesome music play whenever you go to the bathroom in real life? Exactly. It gives you the freedom to do what ever you want, pickpocket, kill everyone(almost everyone), just like the real world.

Zelda, on the other hand, is about living the legend. A legend is not real world, it is a FANTASTIC story with good music and plot, or it wouldn't be a legend.

  • @someonewzhere You said it man.

  • @someonewzhere "Skryim is about emulating a medieval world"

Yeah, in history class today we learned about how King Arthur used to fight off goblins with his phenomenal fireball-throwing skills

  • Comment removed

  • Never played the game… but this is awesome.

  • Didn't take interest in the cd when I got the game. Much later; perfect!

  • @MrLoadingscreen Hey now lets be civil!

  • I've nearly finished my arrangement of this piece. It's pretty much identical. :) Just got the oboes left, and then i'll post a video of our full school orchestra playing it! :D What a marvellous piece this is. So glad it's in Zelda.

  • @AlaynaRayne what about the elder scrolls games? they have epic music and are my second favorite after the loz music

  • @kztar621 OoT is widely considered the best jump to 3D and just overall best action/adventure of all time. It's literally a legend at this point, let alone this theme in itself is amazing. Stop getting fussy about it.

  • @RetroGamerMan64 Why should I?

Is it some kind of obligation to love that stupid game and all the undeserved worshiping you nostalfags give to it?

Give me a break loser, I can say whatever I want.

  • @kztar621 Well now someone enjoys name calling to make up for something. Don't come to hate over something out of your hands it's pointless. Also it's beyond just nostalgia I don't think I'm alone in saying OoT beats much of today's games. Don't like it? Well as you said I can say what I want.

  • @RetroGamerMan64 Now, I like Ocarina too, but it's not "beyond" nostalgia...the entire reason it IS popular is because of nostalgia. It was the first Zelda most people played, so of course everyone has fond memories.

  • @kztar621 Y U Mad Tho?

  • @kztar621 Problem? *smugface*

  • @kztar621 It's more because of nostalgia. People remember the Gerudo Valley from OoT more than the Gerudo Valley from TP. It would have been nice to hear a variation of Arbiter's Grounds, though. As annoying as it was, the music was incredible...

  • @TheWolfboy007 i dont remember the gerudo valley from TP

  • so epic

  • Im sorry but this new version nintendo released is too beautiful for words i think its better then the original

  • Thank god for Zelda <3333

  • @SuspiciousCloud By God you mean Miyamoto, right?

  • @SuspiciousCloud Yea ! Thanks Miyamoto our god !

  • @SuspiciousCloud No, no. Thank the Goddesses for Zelda. Hahaha
