@TehBeterer in 1 of the castlevania games that was planned but never made, the belmont of the game gave up halfway to dracula and basically said "fuck this, my family and i are done" then they went under the radar until julius..in the original canon anyway. lords of shadow has its own canon where the belmonts are a bunch of stuck up assholes and gabrial was their adopted son who's a total badass and in my opinion the most powerful belmont there is....................yea thats about it lol

I actually liked this game a lot. It was challenging to beat it, but it's more fun if i have to try harder than usual to beat it. It's not that type of game in which you finish in less than 10 minutes with 20 extra lives and little damage taken running forward. Oh, and the music is very entertaining and can make you lose track of time, especially the one in the mansions.
