  • @Devrozex

Eh no first off what the hell are you talking about hindsight for, I knew house prices were getting ridiculous back in 2000 and I am no economist.

There was always a viable alternative.

I agree all politicians are potentially inept but only FF are corrupt (Haughey, Doherty, Lawlor, McSharry, Ahern even Reynolds to an extent...all utterly corrupt).

Show me the league table of corrupt FG & Labour TDs.

Politicians spring from the people, WE are THEY !!!!

  • Bertie for President!

  • Ireland is fucked. I think the only thing that matches the politicians stupidity in the last ten years is the average Irish joe's complete, undeniable and outrageous greed.

  • HULK SMASH

  • Ann Doyle looked hot then.

  • Notice Liam Doran of the INO in the front row at 1:48 in the video?

Does he still agree with Bertie ;)

  • I read in Sunday's Independent that Bertie Ahern was cheered by a bunch of galoots who were visiting the Dail recently. He was also cheered by another crowd of idiots, many years ago, when he came out of the Flood/Mahon tribunal , after spinning a load of lies. Fianna Fail got over 7,000 first preference votes in the recent Donegal by-election.

What's the betting that this party of gombeens won't claw their way back into power after the next general election?

  • @eirbiz

only if you let them...paddy always does the stupid thing

  • Well done to us all for swallowing the bribery of the government and voting them in every chance we got.

  • economic manhood?! well, we've gone a bit limp now...

  • incompetent mofos.... look how arrogant they were

  • George Lee really fucked up. If he had just hung around he'd be the next finance minister and possibly taoiseach.

  • To quote some dude on Facebook: Ireland, the only country where you can get fucked with your trousers on.

  • That horrible, horrible man, how in the fuck did people vote him in last time, how in the fuck did they re-elect this bribe taking asswipe? HE FUCKED US ALL!

  • What a bunch of cunts, not listening to the advice of a think tank of experts that the government itself had set up.

    CUNTS!

  • @alanorion12 Not only that, but the cheek of Ahern dismissing the recommendations as if they were a stupid idea.

Bertie and Harney, well on their way to making a bollox of the economy here. And we see Biffo there too, before he got his hand in and finished us off proper.

Hopefully a lesson learned for voters - I read a newspaper years ago which said "we spoke to an Eileen on the street, who admitted she didn't know anything about politics but is voting for Bertie because HE'S LOCAL". Idiot.

  • @batlin Not to forget all those sleeveen asshole pensioners Joe D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-Duffy would interview on the Liveline Christmas parties from some home for the bewildered - "Ah shure Bertie's a loveleeeeee man so he is, he always brings me over a cuppa tay at de bingo so he does, dem lot dat sez dem things about him are only begrudgers so dey are". Fuckos like that should be executed for conspiracy to commit treason along with the likes of Ahern, Harney, Coughlan, McCreevey, Burke, etc.

  • ahern is a cheeky average man whose brains ly in his balls and his will to drive home his pig headed views primarily to keep him and his family on the cover of glossy magazine drinking tea and christmas cake with rosy cheeks. he is little machaviaillian mouse

  • it's viral...

  • Make this a virual...

  • from the days when the party was in full swing

  • Set a beggar on horseback, and he'll ride to the devil

  • Damning evidence of where to put the blame. Shirking their responsibility to the population in order to gain voter popularity- watch how their reasons for ignoring it are based on meaningless emotional manipulation - "the country's manhood" and "since the famine". FF are doomed.

  • how many other people stood up at the time to agree with the ESRI? how many refused wreckless mortgages? etc. we need a new government and a new mindset amongst the people.

  • @lowimpakt only me

  • It seems the ESRI got it right back then. Bertie didn't listen and now look where we are. This clip should be watched by every Irish voter.
