Sharbat captured my heart..this woman has been through hell, enough is enough.I pray she found peace, tranquility and serenity. She has 3 daughters now. All she ever wanted was a education, not anything materialistic.She is as lovely as a woman, as she was a girl..She is a brave women!!! I respect her and hope to see her again, but this time smiling, because i know for her to smile would be rare!! ..
"she's giving so much to so many people all over the world, it'd be great to give something back to her", how about giving her some of the royalties for one the most famous national geographic magazines ever sold, she was a poor afghan girl living in proverty and probably still is and you could've thanked her by helping her financially or something, with all the money they made off her beautiful portrait
My God those poor women. In America, it's "popular" now to hate Christianity, yet look at the results of Islam. He says she looks great? What is he talking about?? I see a woman who has suffered her entire life and who seems to know she is oppressed yet cannot escape it. Imagine what she would say IF she was allowed to talk.
