lol, pro gamers get more than 3-4 hours of sleep, cgs teams like complexity go to bed late around 3-4 am and wake up like 10-12.... and they practice for at least 8 hours a day, sometimes more... you can look up complexity and they have like an inside story on them... they all live in the same house and practice. lol, they dont just play css... they have a ping pong table!!! lol
