  • Hello there! Have you considered the Fat Blast Furnace (search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cooworker shed crazy amounts of unwanted fat.

  • Oh hello! Have you tried - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my BF got great Six pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.

  • @mirrorpiece are you joking? good fat burners and a good diet combined with running jump rope etc makes you ripped not only running and cardio

  • hey i have a question. is it ok if i drink my protein shake after my workout? i eat my oat meal and my protein shake so can i sprinkle cinnamon on both of them?

  • Cinnamon hint: Put a half spoon of cinnamon in boiled water, in covered pot. After 10-15 min (to get cooler) add a spoon of honey. Leave it for a half hour. Filter it and drink before workout.

    Dark chocolate is good thing. Green tea is great (detoxicator :))

    Natural milk whey is good source of pure proteins (without fat)

  • How long will it take if i have a BMI at about ~23 to get a sixpack/ripped body if i use this and workout for 3-4 days a week? My workout is normaly bicycling and training my whole body every time im at the gym? i have a little bit of fat on hips and my lower stomach, you can kinda se my abs under my chest but not the lower ones.

  • @con35abc Well that depends on how developed your abs are. I know many guys who have 6 pack abs and they are only about 10% bodyfat. But they have well developed abs. Normally you would look at around 7% to start seeing your abs.

  • @jdt214 Yip BLACK. I am not a big fan of coffee either and ONLY drink it as part of my fat burning and energy boosting pre workout routine. But let me tell you this, from some of fat burners and pre workout drinks I have tasted, Coffee tastes a hell of lot better! The secret is not to go and make a MASSIVE cup of coffee. I like to take a double espresso. Small and potent. I take it in one sip, followed by my protein shake that tastes lot better and get going!

  • @pl225 MMM That is not so easy! You could mix egg whites and drink that? Or just eat normal protein in the form of real food.

  • @moricestreet909 thanks for the advise. I am pretty sure real food has the proteins we need for a regular day, but not if you work out, i guessed we could make a home made protein shake.

  • @pl225 Yip, real food can sometimes be a little slow to break down and get into our bodies before or after workouts and that is why protein shakes is so convenient for that.

  • @BonMrK It is more cals, sugar and fats with milk so it depends on what your goal is.

  • @tunc34I don’t promote any brand as such as there are MANY good products on the market. The best thing is to know WHAT to look for as far as a protein shake and I did an article on this on my site a few months ago. So pop over there and search for protein and you will get to that article.

    Because energy drink also contains caffeine.

  • @xAiRBuRsTx from what i know, energy drinks really aren't great due to the sugar or artificial sweetners and additives they add to them, however i personally am quite partial to the occasional one when i particularly need energy but running low on money to go buy a coffee if im out somewhere :)

  • @TheMRamstaff How about just drinking natural coffee? :) I won't go into it here but fizzy drinks in general ( Go search my website I have an article on it ) has many things in it that just isn't good for you even tho the label will make you think it is.

  • @TheMRamstaff while it is a lot better, they then use some pretty nasty sweetners :L but yeah tbh the occassional one isnt gonna do you any harm unless your a pro body builder :) and the sugar free is deffinately a little bit better at least (:

    No sugars, and just enough concentrated caffeine to keep you going and not overdo it.

  • @xAiRBuRsTx Not really as they have just as much CRAP in them and they have lot's of sugar. Sure you get the sugar free ones but they still have a lot of rubbish in them!

  • @xAiRBuRsTx The only think they have in common is caffeine but energy drinks is just soda, and drinking soda isn't going to bring you closer to having a sixpack.
