@astrocharlie I sit here trying to formulate a response to your ignorant statement "could have been much better narratively speaking. This was recorded in his living room in Henderson NV on July 13,2007. He died Aug 4,2007. He did it in one take with his wife and daughter and four or five close friends. He was dying but he wanted to do this one last song. His voice was gone he spoke in a whisper but he sat up in that chair and this is what the world got for his encore. Pretty damm good!

Kurr is the sound that birds make in Iceland..... like pigeons are said to "Coo" in England. I doesnt mean Cure! The band say they love to listen to birds sing together, so they named the album "Kurr"

I love amiina when they're backing up Sigur Ros, but their solo stuff bores me to death. The last 4 times I've seen Sigur Ros I just skipped the part of the concert where amiina does their solo thing.
