Luna County does indeed need to become a REFERENDUM county where the Commissioners cannot just make an Ordinance without the full vote of the local citizens... It would mean all other offices of the County would be controlled by the people, for the people and of the people!

Luna County Commissioners are only out for them self,( Real Crooks In my Opion) This county Needs to be a Referndum County,Get Rid of these Crooks and the County Manager. Who are making a lot of money off there Courupt Actions :Larry:Laughlin.
