I don't know if it helps any with figuring out what size it is, but that flywheel was right at 3' in diameter. The blue part of the base looked to be constructed from 8" I-beam.
Sorry, Diesel, I'm not any kind of expert. I just thought this was neat. I'm from the flatlands of Indiana and we don't see this much up here. I didn't see any kind fuel supply tank for it to run off of, there was only a holding tank for whatever it was pumping out.

It looks bigger than a 46. Looks more like a C96 or maybe even a C106
