i went to a treatment center in utah for 11months and a bootcamp as well.....first of all im canadian and they came and kidnapped me to take me there. theres abuse that goes on at these places like no other. this is illegal treatment center programs should be illegal in utah no.

I totally believe that any of the abuse that Mr. Kutz described in this video is unacceptable, especially if parents are being conned to send their kids to these abuse facilities.

This is some amazing testimony! Not that any of the material is new, it's not. Virtually all of Mr. Kutz's testimony derives from 8 cases already closed. What strikes me is the evident emotion behind his testimony. In a later segment of that 2 hour hearing, Mr. Kutz answers questions from Senator McKeon about why there have not been more criminal investigations and prosecutions. I wish the good folks at EdLaborDemocrats would give us that clip!

Mr. Kutz does a great job at exposing these teen camps as not staffed properly, misleading parents, and ill prepared to deal with troubled teens. He should be commended for this and I hope he and his staff continues before more senseless torture and deaths of these young kids.
