they've been threatening to filter our internet since the 90's (not 2007 like this video says), but it never happens. This issue just pops up every few years to distract people & get them outraged over a dead idea that wouldn't work anyway. No matter what filters they put in place, it will take your average nerd a few minutes to bypass. Stress less kids.
