exactly what i said. there have been hearings but if the department in charge of pursuing the cases is also the target of the investigations then nothing ends up happening.

This why I originally asked "Why is it that when republicans win it is voter fraud and when democrats win its clean fair elections?" If Obama wins should we all say it was cheating?

i never claimed that the democrats werent involved in some way. the very fact that pelosi refuses to even put anything "on the table" is suspicious

these election fraud schemes can and do happen and im saying the party that lost due to the issue should make a big deal about it because they were the ones that suffered. on the other hand they may not want to do anything because they want the same tactics available to them

Both parties cheat, I think. It was just that when the Republicans cheated in Florida it had a bigger impact and gained more attention than they thought it would.

How many times do they have to recount and how many independent judges have to certify the recounts before democrats are willing to concede loss. Will it always be cheating if republicans win? If McCain wins in 10 weeks wil the republicans have cheated?

it is obvious that there was heavy cheating in regards to voter caging. the winner was selected by the supreme court before an official recount could be done. thousands of democratic voters were "accidentally" deleted from the voter registration in addition to a disproportionate number of machines being given to certain districts which resulted in having 1 or 2 machines in a democratic area so the voters were stuck in line till the polls closed and then turned away. the voters didnt get to vote.

With all do respect, it is not obvious. If it was obvious there would be indictments and federal investigations. these type of investigations happen all the time to our officials.

well - a lack of investigations is not surprising especially considering we are in the middle of the scandals regarding the politicization of the justice department. the fact that it happened after such a fishy election is all the more suspicious. the attorneys were driven to ignore republican criminals and to find or create criminality in the opposition. if the democrats had half a spine they might have asserted their legislative authority by now.

'lack of investigation' is surprising considering all the indictments that have come down on legitimate issues lately. Our government indicts people all the time. If this were legitimate there would be indictments especially in this election year, when it would ruin republicans or democrats.

People don't trust those machines and partisanship from A company manufacturing them does not raise peoples confidence.
