  • I saw the band in Santa Monica, CA decades ago after hearing them on NPR. I still have the their cassette. I love this music. Thanks!

  • Hey, fellow friends of Joe Romersa. This was Joe's band when I first met him. I was directing a dubbed series in a studio that no longer exists when in walks the engineer. Damned if it wasn't a Soy Cowboy!! Damned if we both didn't like Thai food and Thai women. Even luckier, I like fine music. I introduced Joe to Kevin Richardson and the world of anime gained an awesome talent. That makes me happy. And Joe introduced me to Thai string beans...yummy!! Well met, Brother Joe.

  • Amazing !

  • Loving this

  • Joe Romersa looks like David Bowie in this video

    BTW, I love his voice

  • I found this video by luck, is really awesome Mr.Joe you are amazing

  • Got the CD! Great work and thanks for releasing it!

  • yea!!! NICOLETTI

  • ...seems to create a mood about longing, and that searching in the first place...may be the best thing...beautiful piece of work...

  • Tim Long rocks!!!

  • And where is Tim Long now??

  • Married and living in Ireland with his beautiful wife.

  • Excellent!

  • BTW. Does this song have a name? Or the song name is eponymous to the band's name?

  • Wow. A blast from the past. Just the music arrangements used in here are enough to send you 15 years into the past. It's also VERY cool that the filming technique, the "head twitch", was used here(2:40).

  • This was just great! Can't relly get enough of that voice and the video was so creepy that it made it more amazing.

  • a beautiful song for those who love the genre, little for others

  • I saw this in the Art Center gallery in the 1990s and it blew me away. Great video and so glad to see it online!

  • Awesome song, dig the voice, dig the sound (I love spaghetti western music), dig the lyrics. The video reminds me of Pink Floyd's High Hopes video combined with Muse's Knights of Cydonia. Or it should be the other way around considering that Soy Cowboy came before those two songs.

  • I didn't get it at first, however as soon as I actually listened to the lyrics after three or four times of viewing, they're very meaningful. I wish I could actually find the album that has this, additionally! You're probably the best person who has actually awesomely for 'Paint it Black'

    Enjoy your day, Joe!

  • Enjoyed your live shows so much back in the 1980's. Never saw this super video! Thanks so much for posting!

  • A REALLY COOL VIDEO

  • Man, i love this song and the video was pretty cool !

I love the Voice of Joe, Awesome :-)

  • Dude! I had no idea.Great job. Now I need a drummer more that ever!

  • how can you not like Joe Romersa's voice? Id love to have him sing at my wedding.

  • When's the day and where?

If it's possible, it can happen!

  • MR.ROMERSA,WHERE CAN I GET THIS SONG?

  • Well that was different! Good different. The feel of the whole thing fit perfectly, but you dont know the feeling of you have while you are watching it. The voice is hypnotizing, as usual from Joe, lyrics are meaningful. Song is all Killer and no Filler! Most excellent
