hi to all... I would like to know if there's any one that can please help me out .. i would llike to know what should I eat so that I can lose at least 10 pounds .. everyday I get up at '3am to go work and most of the time I dont know what to eat.. can some one help please!! thanks so much..
Good meal but it's much better to eat it post-workout. The energy you expend in your workout will be largely dependent on what you have eaten in the previous 24 hours than what you eat an hour before. Muscle glycogen resynthesis is greatest in the 1-2 hours following a hard workout. If you must have something before the workout, make it something that doesn't require heavy digestion as this takes away needed blood from working muscles and into the stomach to process the food.
thanks darla - great video and advice on eating before workout! Sometimes i find that hard if i have to wake up realy early for swimming! but thats just another exception. nice work.
You need your own show, seriously. You are drop dead gorgeous and extremely fit. With your knowledge, intelligence and looks you could benefit alot of people.

I use a simpler mess-free breakfast:
3/4 cup semi-ground oats
1/2 tbs cinnamon (optional for flavor)
1/2 tbs peanut butter
3/4 cup boiled water - mix all well
finally - slice 1frozen banana
Voila, Delicious!
