I stumbled upon "Daniel" by accident, and after that first listen I just knew this guy would be great. I'm Canadian, by the way, and I don't think many of us have heard of him. I hope he'll one day visit Toronto so I can get a chance to hear him live. Amazing songs and excellent melodies. What a voice!

Lior is a stunning talent with beautiful music that he writes himself. His concerts are an amazing experience and he has a brilliant stage presence. I was very fortunate to meet him after one of his Sydney concerts late last year...we have a mutual friend, Aled Jones, the renowned Welsh singer and TV/Radio broadcaster who interviewed him in the UK last year and Lior is a lovely, warm, down-to-earth guy (just like Aled!)

The interviewer is Sunday Arts host Michael Veitch, a Melbourne comedian (apparently you can't be a host on the ABC unless you're a supposed comedian). Amazingly, Veitch used to impersonate Peter Ross, an earlier Sunday Arts host, on the sketch show Fast Forward. God knows how he got the actual job, it's a joke in itself.
