Safavids only braught us shame and disastor. They slaughtered our Iranian ancesstors to force them convert from the formal sunni islam to the mutated version of shiasm which was in all basis unaccepted by Iranians. Safavids carried horrible extreme brutal massacres and many Iranians ran away outside Iran to Turkey, Khorasan, Iraq, and Syria. Safavids only wanted to control Iran on religious and political basis and then dragged the portugese and invovled wars with ottomans.
