Hp sucks ass so bad. I live in Boise where they're have a base. I swear I'm going toss that POS 7410xi none working junk at them one day. their support "techs' can't even speak English. Come on Hadji, slow down & pronounce yours words. Ahh so frustrating. nothing works, not the drivers, the 'workarounds', nothing! They expect us to go out and buy a new printer,every time we upgrade our O/S's, hp should be tariffed to death for sending all our jobs overseas and making crappy printers
