@ClanChattan14 I have been practicing Nickelstick Balintawak ( Nick Elizar) for some time, it is a form of eskrima...personally i think unless you trained very vigorously you wouldnt loose much weight...you also need a partner to train properly...but it is a great martial are and fantastic for self defense

@plus24seven yes but...the word has different meaning in different countries. one example is the spanish/filipino word indio. it means dirty because they're indigenous but also, spanish born in the philippines. so it's both an insult or a complementary. this is also the same with word flip in the philippines.
