This is a typical moderate Muslim. Whom i doubt is an accredited scholar and would not be considered a scholar to the True Muslims. She is a scholar for herself. And Hijab, covering the head and and body to the hands and feet, is obligatory not a point of view. It is clearly stated in The Noble Quran.
