Why would anyone want to live in Taxachusetts! I moved out of there along time ago and love the South. Warmer weather, better Real Estate and no snow! I bet the asking price on the dump house your showing is just under 200K Mass is such a RIP-OFF! The place sucks and so doens't the state.
