Enjoy it while you can. California is working on a camera system that is installed at every on ramp to measure exhaust emissions and photograph your plate if you fail during acceleration. Then you get a nice notice in the mail to take your vehicle to a "referee" station. If you fail a smoke test then your ride will be red flagged and you cannot register or drive it until it passes. I personally know a guy here in my country that has one of the fastest 2.0L tfsi in the world - over 600bhp street legal God knows how many torques (probably over a dodge ram). Turbos increase torque alot and compensate for unnecessary displacement. there`s no need for diesel to get torque. Take for instance the stock 1.4 tfsi 170bhp...in america 170 bhp equals 3 liters :)))))) biatch
